Out of place "Enter the code" in the Emails

Remove out-of-place text from CF emails.

Overview

The phrase "Enter the code" was incorrectly included in the email template.
Navigate to the Email settings, locate the Template box, and delete the unwanted text.

Answer

Inside the "Template" box in your Email settings, just remove that!
