Neither the image nor a question will load.
When I submit the form, it errors that the recaptcha or question was not entered correctly and reloads the form. Still not image or question.
I have read all the other posts about this, but am unable to fix it.

Solved - deleted the setup and designer areas - re-did them and it is now working.
