Chronoconnectivity Installation Error

I installed ChronoForms, but can't get ChronoConnectivity 5 to install. I am running php 5.4.29 on Hostgator. Here are the error messages:

Did you try more than one time ?

Please check the directories permissions under the Joomla system info section, all are green ?
