Captcha Image Doesn't Show

Hi!

I've always used ChronoForms V5 and Captcha, never had this problem before so I was just wondering what I did different this time. I tried redoing the form, nothing helped.

At the bottom of the page, I use the module to make my contact us form appear. The captcha image isn't showing, it seems to be a place holder. This client uses the same server as all our other clients, could it be something different than server settings?

Do you have a Load Captcha action in the form On Load event on the Setup tab before the HTML (render form) action?
