How to send send email with attachment ?

Hi,
I have a form, with send attachment option.
Everything works fine but attachment file is missing😟
What should I have to do ?

Hi marcinekw,

Have you added the file input name to the Attachments box in the Email action?

Is the Email action after the Upload Files action?

Yes I think all is fine😟
In attachments my prntscr.
[attachment=0]1.jpg[/attachment]
[attachment=1]2.jpg[/attachment]
[attachment=2]3.jpg[/attachment]
