I installed Chronoforms 5 on localhost and created forms and everything i wanted. It worked fine. So after some days passed and i finished updating content on my site, I checked out if everything's working out so i can put it live, only to find a problem. The menu link pointing to my form when clicked loads a Error 404 - Page not found. When i try to open components and chromoforms (http://localhost/oasis-dreams3/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5), it loads a
Error
An error has occurred.

I have installed v5 over it but still not working. I have even tried installing version 4 but it just installed another chromoforms4 component. I have tried installing the plugin and module over it too but still not working. Thanks

Do you have any 3rd party security extensions installed ?

You can send me login credentials using the "contact us" page and I will check this!

I don't have any security extensions except, I do however have a membership access extension called "Flow Pro Community Edition 2.0.15". Thank you very much for your answer. I will check this is the problem. By the way, I also have some seo extensions installed.

Ok, you may also check the "Plugins" of type "System", because they can affect the whole site, try to disable some of them and check if this fixes the problem!

Answer
Hi! I have found the problem. It is the System - Flow plugin. Now, the flow plugin is extremely necessary for this website so I cannot disable it. Is there someway I can fix this?

Hi doushabu06,

I don't know anything about Flow but from a quick look at the extension page on the Joomla! site it looks as though it allows selective blocking/access of other extensions. If this is so then I'd guess you need to configure flow to allow you to access ChronoForms.

There may be more help available from their docs.

No I have not blocked ChronoForms5 in flow at all. I know it well and docs too.

Hi doushabu06,

I'm sorry but there isn't anything else useful that I can say. If Flow is blocking ChronoForms then I guess that there must be some way to stop it doing that - but I have no idea what that might be,

Bob
