Is there way to make such a pdf documents with chrono

i will generate such a pdf formular with chrono

it dont need to be 100 % in this way but the position should be 98% fixed.

i know its not an easy usage the the first time use chrono´s but im a professional developer.

btw the overall search here in the forum seems to be not working for me .
if iám looking for "pdf" there are no results here . ever i write "PDF" .
i put the string in "search all forums" field
