Every time I open a form to edit... the "Email Subject" box is blank. Since editting this single form, I have had to re-type the Email Subject 30 times. This seems to be a glitch. When the form is saved, the Email Subject is there. When you open the form to edit again... the Email Subject is blank.

Why would this be?

I've absolutely no idea. I've never seen this, and I don't think anyone else has reported it. There is nothing 'special' about the Subject field.

Does this happen on all forms or just this one? Can you take a Form Backup and post it here or send it to me. Might just give me a clue.
