Edit a existing Multi Field

Hello there
I have an existing Form with some Multi Field's.
One of theme is called: Personal Dates.
In This Personal Dates are Firstname, Lastname, Street.....
So i forgot one Text box for the Telefon.
How can i add one Textbox to the Multi Field.
