I have a problem with a large form. (80 fields)

I have a large form that reads perfectly one row of database (user_id).

I am filling all fields and send.

but my surprise, no saves all fields.

At beginning perfect. (30 fields)

After add 40 fields more. all it seems perfect but it is not running correctly
