Can someone explain the purpose of Tags? Also, I've created tags on the admin side, but when I click "Update Tags" I get an "Update Failed" error every time. I have made sure some of the key words are included in posts. So, also not sure what is supposed to happen when you do click Update?
Search settings - the gear doesn't trigger anything, nothing happens. Is it supposed to?

You have to type the tags you want to assign to the topic first, the auto complete will display the closest matches!
The gear should expand the search area and display the post age dropdown!
