Hi dc03kks,
I'm not clear what you need to do here. You have a DB Read action that will load some data - but there is nothing in your form to display it as far as I can see.
You would need to add some code in a Custom Element element to build a listing and an HTML (Render Form) action to display the resulting HTML.
It might be simpler to use ChronoConnectivity if you want to display a data listing.
