Dear member,

I am creating forums and got the error message : "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36 bytes) in C:\wamp\www\forums\libraries\cegcore\libs\gmodel.php on line 103"

I have the idea that the maximum allowed forums has been reached.

How can I increase the maximum allowed forums?

I need 300 forums. (A lot indeed!) I want to create forums for New York City.

And this is under how many categories ?

You may display a categories list instead, and let the users open the category before being able to view the forums inside.

This feature doesn't exist yet though, so if you like it then you may send me a message using the contact us page to get an early patch!

But regarding the main issue, I think 300 forums may cause memory issue, I would advise you to increase the memory limit but you already have 132 MB which is a lot.
