http://www.speedgraffix.com/honda-victory.html we have this form highly customized. When I fill it out in firefox on a mac it works and lets me submit it and we get the admin email.

When I fill the same form out with an Iphone it appears to work but when we do not get the email to the admin. Weird!

Please try to set the "Relative url" setting to "no" under the form edit page, click the form's name in the forms manager to find this!
