Hi, I have form using captcha on V5, and the captcha image was loading fine but recently stopped showing up. So I grabbed the img url from the page source, pasted it in my browser's address bar, and received the following error (the error is in png image format rather than text):

The image "http://www.pffc-online.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&act=render&action=load_captcha&chronoform=SunCoatingWhitePaperDownloader&action_id=5&tvout=ajax" cannot be displayed because it contains errors

Any idea what the problem can be? Like I said, it was working fine before, and as far as I can tel, not changes have been made to server config.

Hi Steve,

The error looks as though there is a servers security setting that is blocking the image. I don't know exactly how it works in CFv5 but that is my best guess.

Clearly something changed so you could check with your web-host; otherwise try switching to one of the other Ant-Spam actions.
