perenboom 17 Jun, 2014
Although I use Captcha (the standard in Chronoform) my client receives loads of spam each day.
How can I get ridd of it?

Call me a noob, but don't know exactly what you mean.
I mean, I can read but I don't understand the solutions.

Hi perenboom,

I can’t answer that. Where exactly do you get stuck?

To start with, does the Captcha work if you test it?

Hi,

Well, I get stuck in which version of the problem my client has.
They receive a lot of strange message, all from the sam adress.

I have tested it yesterday again and the Captcha shows up in the message.

What would be the solution?

HI perenboom,

If they are all from the same address then use a Custom Serverside Validation action to block submissions from that address.

Is that the same Email Address or the same IP Address?

Hi Bob,

There are multiple IP adresses used.
So it is not just one...

How do I configurate a Custom Serverside Validation?
perenboom 19 Jun, 2014
A small search shows 5 IP adresses coming and going.
So I want to block these 5 adresses.

Little update: I have adjusted the .htaccess file and placed the 5 IP adresses in that I want to have blocked.
Hopefully this is the solution, I'll keep you informed.

Hi perenboom,

Please see this FAQ for Custom Serverside Validation.
