Hi pixxelsis,

The Test Mode is the front-end, just without the template displaying.

What exactly is the problem, and what have you tried? There isn't enough information here to start to make a diagnosis.

The form is working in test mode including the events, except for some paypaly event that I know need some correct config.

this form is called through a menu link in a page (article), when click, it loads the form with correct layouts. when I enter data and submit, it just refreshed the page with a new captcha. also even if I put a wrong code in captcha, it doesn't give me any error message.

what I have done already as per solutions I read in this forum:
1) I turn off the entire cache
2) I turned to No the relative URL in the HTML event
however this did not resolve the problem.

Hi pixxelsis,

It sounds as though the form isn't submitting. Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.

Dear Bob,

Hi pixxelsis,

It looks as though you still have the Relative URL set to No, and your form has been switched to submit using 'get' instead of post - combined with the SEF URL problems this pretty much guarantees that it won't work.

I have set SEF to No, and change the submit to Post, still it is not working. so what should i do then Bob? thanks

Further, the issue is not just about posting, the captcha, even if i put wrong code, it doesnt prompt me that i have entered the wrong code?

HI pixxelsis,

If I view the form here then it appears to be working correctly - if I add the correct Captcha I am sent to PayPal; if I add the wrong Captcha the form reloads and show the error message,
