Captcha always fails

Hi there,

Just created a new form but for some reason every time I enter the captcha code, it tells me it is incorrect, even when it isn't.

I've done the form exactly are I have in the past but I must have done something incorrectly and I'm just missing it.

Thanks for the help, attached this the screenshot.

All looks good, I'm not sure what might be the problem, please make sure you are testing the form using the "Test form" button on the top right ?

If this doesn't help then you can try to use the Honeypot, ReCaptcha or Security question instead.
