After upgrading my site from J1.7 to J2.5.20 one of my pages stopped showing the thanks message. In fact I am not sure I am using the show thanks page anywhere else.
Thinking it could be an incompatibility, I also upgraded my Chronoforms to the latest V4 releases of component, module and plugin.
I have tried moving the thanks message up to very early in the events, just as a debug, but still doesn't show.
This form does have some tricky PHP code in it, but all that code is before the DB insert and the data is being inserted, so I believe that it is getting past the PHP code.
A backup of the form is attached.

Do you have the site cache enabled ? if yes then please disable it for testing.
Please test the form using the "View form" link in the forms manager.
