I have been making a form for my busines, it is a very simple form, until the last section, where you put your details for a card, i want an add card button, up to 20 cards. I made it on my local machine and it worked fine but when i was making it on my server the events do not work the same. It is still coming up with the extra card fields, but when i check the checkbox and uncheck it it disapears, so it is half working, but i dont want them to appear until you click the checkbox. Does anyone know what i am doing wrong? Am i meant to have added something to the setup?
I have made an event on each checkbox to show parent when check and hide parent when uncheck.
I am quite new to form making so i dont have a lot of coding experience.

Hi lachlanyoung1992,

As I've already said in an Email the required jQuery library isn't being loaded on the page. Possibly due to the 'script compressor' you are using.
