Simple Security Question

At the outset I would like to say that I tried to find an answer on google.

I would like to use a simple security question, but if I use Easy Form Wizzard, I can not find the option settings?

Captcha work fine, but my segment was people 60+ and they dont like captcha.

So is somewhere easy tutorial how to set up simple security question? (5+5=)
