When I create a form using the "Easy Form Wizard" it works flawlessly. However, when I create a form using the "Form Wizard" when I publish and click "Frontend View," it displays nothing. I am sure it is something simple I am doing. What am I doing wrong?

You need to add the "Show HTML" action to the "on load" event if you use the regular wizard.
