Cant setup forms?

Hi,
I have installed joomla 3.3 from my server cpanel.
I then installed chronoforms plugin then the component.

When i go to the components / chronoforms i click create. It then alows me to put in form name etc.
I then click the next tab design. It shows a green box and paste button in the corner and menu buttons on the left.
When i click on the left buttons like cachpa or email it does nothing.
Ive tried many of things and its the same. Am i missing something or doing something wrong?
