chronoform not displaying

I have built a form and it doesn't display... even clicking on View Form under the Chronoforms5 component displays nothing.

I do have the plugin installed and activated, and the form is published.

Do you have the "HTML" action under the "on load" event ?

You may also use a "simple" form instead of your are not familiar with Chronoforms advanced mode, but simple mode has less features!
