Hello Chronoforms team,
I have the following problem:
I've set up a form that is sending an email on submitting the form. I chose the html option for my email because I like neatly formatted emails, but I noticed that the email is sent as multipart/mixed (which is good, of course!) and the text/plain part of the email is just saying
"To view the message, please use an HTML compatible email viewer!"
(which may be not so good for some not too tech-savvy people)
Is there any way to set up an email template that is covering both options, sending a fully designed multipart email that is covering both html and plain text? I would like to stick to the html email template, but at the same make sure that none of the form users end up getting an error message as the first reply.
If I may suggest a future option for Chronoforms 5, I would love to have an extra template editor text area in the email action setup for the text/plain template if you choose the html option. This way I could easily replace hr-elements with rows of '-----' for example. Anyways, thank you for this great extension! Aside from this email issue it's working like a charm and I'm very happy with it!
Regards,
zergi
