Where can I get off-line tutorials?

I hope to get off-line tutorial documents.(NOT YOUTUBE video,Web page)
Such like PDF or Word document and so on.

Please show me where I can get such tutorials.

As far as I know there are very few tutorials so far for CFv5 and none of them are offline - though I guess you could print out the CFv5 FAQs here.

I understood about CFv5's offline tutorials are not exists.
But I'm a begginer of ChronoForms, I want to get basic information about ChronoForms.
So I hope to see CFv4's offline tutorials if it exists.

According to another webpage, I can see CFv4's tutorials from under url.
But the url is not exists now.
Would you show me the new url?
