Hi there,
I see that giving the files uploaded a time stamp prefix. But is it also possible to set the timestamp as suffix before the extension?
We put a form for uploading files on our homepage. DIfferent users upload files there. In the original file name, the first 3 characters are the date, the following 4 are identifying the users. Now we have a tool downloading the uploaded files from the emails, but our program can't work with the prefix. Maybe also an automatically working file rename utility would help me, but I couldn't find one...
I appreciate any help!

Hi nilubmin,
I don't know the details of CFv5 but I expect that you can change the file name using a Custom Code action after the Upload Files action.

Dear Greyhead,
thanks very much for your answer. Unfortunately I'm not much into coding... Could you make a suggestion for that to me?
Kindest regards,
nilubmin
