now I got a new problem, I can't save after submit. error report:

Any of your form fields with a space or special character other than "_" ?

If yes then please fix that then create a new table and link it to your form!

Yes, that's wrong, you should fix it!

Tables names and fields names should usually have only alphanumeric characters!
