how to add some text information if the field is filled?

Hello!
How to add some text information if the field is filled? For example I have field "City" user type "London" and I have text on e-mail: London.
I need if user have filled that field, I recieve mail with text: "City: London"
If user have not filled then I have recieve blank information from that field.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you put City: {city_input_name} in your Email template then it will normally behave like this
