We are upgrading a site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5.16. I've installed Chronoforms 4.0 on the new site. I was able to migrate forms from the old site with no trouble.

However, if I try to edit those forms in the Form Wizard, or if I try to create a new form with the Form Wizard, I get a completely blank page. The migrated forms do appear and function correctly on the new site. Frontend view in CF also works.

We have a different site at J. 2.5.11 and I'm using CF 4.0RC3.5.2 there with no trouble. Both this site and the new 2.5.16 one are using PHP 5.3.3.

One major difference is that the new 2.5.16 site is also using K2 v.2.6.7.

Has anyone else seen anything like this? Any clues where to look?

a) Please make sure that you have the latest release of CFv4 for Joomla! 2.5 installed.

b) Please see this FAQ - it talks about getting a blank page when you submit a form but the same debugging process should work in the site admin.

Thanks, it error message indicates it is a memory setting. I've asked the sys admin to check that and I'll let you know whether that's the solution.

Most likely increasing the available memory will fix it. If not then there may be a loop* in the code - though this is unlikely if the form worked on the previous server.

* The most common one is an Event Loop action that points to the event it it in so loops forever.

Still waiting on getting the memory increased, but it's nothing to do with any particular form.. it's all forms that were migrated, can't edit any of them in the Wizard, and I can't create a new form in the Wizard either.
