Change a forms

Hi to all,
I used CF v.4 for make a request form a long time ago, so now I need add a recipient email address.
Unfortunately I can't remember how change my form.
Have you a suggestion about?

I had seen the video tutorial that you indicate me, but in it is used Wizard, so if I use it, I've a new form, so I need change 6 forms without made they again.
Probably escapes me a particular about how change my form. :?
