Hi

I just recieved this e-mail from a client:

"we had customer attempt to request a quote or info on the website and it told him he was black listed, any ideas why? "

I do not have more info regarding this event, but couldn´t find anything regarding chronoforms and blacklisting.

My question is:

If a customer has tried to use the form, and has been told he was blacklisted:
Is it an error in Chronoforms?
Some sort of blacklisting on a server level?
Or is this client just wrong?

I never heard how anyone can get this message in Chronoforms.

Hi Regin,

Chronoforms doesn't have this, it may be some server security or site security plugin, I'm not sure, if you can get the exact string then you may google it, or you can ask the host admin if there is something setup which may cause this!
