I can't tell why this happens without checking your form, please send me a link to the form either here or using the PM or contact us page!

Thanks Max Payne, this is the link: http://www.lacanastilladebarbarita.com/index.php/es/contactenos-2.html, I did in Spanish and in English and does not work. He had already created the "demo-multi-language" and did not work, so I decided to do it as I have now, one for each language and nothing does not work.

Hi carfaja,

There are (at least) two different problems here:

a) your template has a JavaScript error from the MooDrop Down menu that needs to be fixed

b) Your form name is Contact Us which has a space in it. Please change this to something like contact_us Spaces and other special characters are not permitted in form names.

Greyhead Thanks, that was the solution. I have two questions, first, if I may the welcome message and the message of thanks, may be in both languages and the second is that if the customer records are stored somewhere or just sent our mailbox email. Again, thank you very much for your great support.

Hi carfaja,

Please see this FAQ - it's about Email templates but the same methods can be used with Custom Element elements to show welcome and thanks messages.

Use a DB Save action to save the form results to a DB table - you'll need to create the table first.

Thanks Greyhead, I followed the link, but I'm honest, I do not quite understand what I should do.

In the welcome message, I tried something that worked, but half, if you can do me a favor and take a look to see how could correct the error, the welcome text is displayed in multiple lines, but I need it in one online, I found how to do it by editing the CSS, but I furmulario are all damaged. Thank you very much for your attention.

Hi carfaja,

You appear to have put the header code into a Label which is why it is narrow. If you use a Custom element from the Advanced Elements Group that problem will go away,

Bob, thank you very much. The header code I placed on a custom element advanced; I put it that way looking for translation in both languages.

If you look at this point I have two options, the first is narrow, however the translation work; whereas in the second it is not tight, but the translation does not work.

Hi carfaja,

Please check the FAQ that I linked to.

Bob, I looked at the FAQ, but do not quite understand the procedure in the FAQ.

For example, in action in several languages not where to start.😉

I'm not sure I understand this correctly but if you want to display a message in many languages then just use the "Locales" tab.

Hi Carfaja,

Max is correct is you only need to translate short phrases of up to 20-30 words,.

If you need to translate a longer text - of several sentences or paragraphs, then the method in the FAQ using PHP is easier to use. Though it does require some PHP knowledge.

Bob, I already have all translated (English and Spanish) fields, it really is very easy, now what I need is the header and the message of thanks. I read the FAQ and do not understand how. You can explain to me a bit like it?. Thank you very much.
GreyHead 27 Apr, 2014
Hi carfaja,

The FAQ already explains it as best I can. What have you done and what isn't working?

Hi,

Please try to write "TEST" in the thanks message action then translate it under "Locales", if it doesn't work then your version has the locales bug, I fixed it recently and a new update is expected very soon, hopefully today!
