Styles in output article

When creating a new form and I did not choose the sample design theme and set:

Form theme: None

But I found that the page source code engine still loads all unnecessary CSS

And it is not clear selection form design. When switching from the Custom to Designer mode and back - Custom reset

This is a bug which is on the todo list, however, the styles will not affect your page, the files are needed for other stuff, like validation tooltips, datepicker, tabs/panels..etc
