call an event in "external" form from the linkable fields?

could I call an event in another form from the linkable fields?

With "external" I mean a form that's not used in the CC connection.

I have to collect data and re-post with other fields that the user could fill in the form.
Then submit the new-data to a new table.

The fields are different from the fields I have use in the connection in CC.

Then I think if it could be possible to use an event in a "external" form.

Sorry, a bit late reply, I'm not sure how you want to do this exactly but you can still use a link and then use "DB Read" in your form event to read the data, or use PHP
