Why cant I use Submit URL under general??

Copied a working form. Changed few things, tested - it worked fine. I then changed the "Show thanks message" under the "on submit" under the events and changed it to a URL listened under the Submit URL under the general tab - and then it does not work anymore. Why?

I got emails when I had the thank you message there, but when I choose an url to get redirected to after submitting the form, then nothing works? Why?

Because if you change the Submit URL then the form is submitted to that URL and ChronoForms never sees it so cant do anything with it.

Ok - my aim is to get the user redirected to a new URL after someone clicked the SUBMIT button. How do I do that? I need it, bacause I need to insert some Google goals specific code for tracing how many people use the form, after having viewed X number of pages.

Hi Regin,

There really isn't enough information to give you a useful answer. If you need to redirect the user to another URL then you can use the ReDirect User action in the form On Submit event after any other actions that you need executed.
