Blank Admin page.

Hi,

My chronocontact admin is working in my Localhost but in online it doesnt work. The page where it shows the list of form is working but when I try to edit 1 form it goes to a blank index2.php page.

This is working before. Now it stops working.

Hi Mark,

No idea - it might be a faulty install; we did have this bug with one of the earlier versions of ChronoForms so please make sure that you have the latest release installed.

Yah this one is working previously. But all of a sudden it fails. I want to reinstall it but I'm afraid that my forms will disappears since I already had a bunch of Forms. How to reinstall the whole component then restore my current forms.

Also I'm suspecting the joomlacache component is the one causing it. But after unstalling it no changes.

Hi Mark,

You can see the form list so you can take backup copies of your forms. Probably take backups of the ChronoForms tables in the database too.

I already uninstall my chronocontact and reinstalled the latest version but worst thing is if I click on ChronoContact admin it is totally blank.

Any idea?

I already found the solution. It turns out that the bug on gzip compression still not fixed.

I'm using the most recent chrono contact and joomla1.5.3
