Joomla user registration action can't select two access group

I think there is a bud, I test it win windows 8 and windows 7, Joomla user registration action can't select two access group, I tried to select two access gorups, it seems selected but when applied is not saved, I think will be useful instead of a dropdown menu a simple text box where we can introduce access groups separated by commas
