Chronoforms 4 doesn't display the form

display a custom form in ChronoForms 4.

Overview

The form fields do not appear because the form's events are not configured, even when using custom HTML code.
Use the form wizard to access the Events tab and configure the necessary events for the form to render properly.

Hello,

I've not used joomla and chronoforms for along time. Some things changed especially for Chronoforms. I don't like to use release candidates so I've tested the 4th version. I set up a form and when I try to display it (with the plugin or the direct link to the form) I can't see the fields. Only the copyright appears.

I used the same HTML code (custom code, not wizard) as my CF5 test which displays the form. My form is published. Any ideas ?

Thanks

Thank you but I don't use the form wizard (and I don't want to use it). I use custom code because I prefer to code by myself. I saw this option to drag&drop in CF5 but it is not present in CF4.

Hi makinero,

Please check the FAQ I linked to and read it.

OK, I clicked on the "wizard edit" link of my custom form then I went to "event" tab. Event if my form is a custom one, we must use the wizard to set up events. When I read the faq I tought it was only for those who use the wizard to create the HTML code. Thanks !

I tested the JS validation, it doesn't work like in CF5 ( https://www.chronoengine.com/forums/posts/f3/t95450/js-validation-doesn-t-work-j3-2-3--cf5.html )
