after submit 303 error, lots off empty records

Hi,
My problem is as that, got listing on cc v4 showing records, and form on cf v4 to edit them.
After submit got many request as http://..../submit/
and 303 error respond from serwer 'see other'. After that got many records 'empty' with cf_id, and date created fields filled, but no value for fields from the form. But the proper record filled with data from the form also appears in the table. Some for new record and update existing one.

any clue, how to solve this?

This sounds as though it may be a problem with SEF URLs on your site. A bit hard to tell from the information here.

turning off the SEF changes some parts of the issue. empty rows stop to appear, but still 303 exist, need to investigate little more. will get back when i find the reason.
