ChronoForms V5 - Attachment is not transmitted

Hi,
Joomla 3.2.3 et ChronoForms V5.0 RC4.1
I downloaded for test yesterday ChronoForms V5. It works well but the attachment seems to be uploaded but is not transmitted. No error in the form.
Are there a documentation about V5 or this subject in V5.

1/ In Designer/FileField/Field Name = Field ID = pjointe

2/ I dragged and dropped "Upload Files" in "On submit" just before "Email1".
Files Upload/Files config = pjointe:pdf-doc-docx-txt
Files Upload/Upload path = ? (example please)

Ok, 2 things, you must have an "Event loop" in the "on fail" event of the "Upload files" to receive any errors, and you must add "pjointe" to the "Attachments fields names" under the "Email" settings in order to get the file attached.

"Event loop" was already in the "on fail" event of the "Upload files.
I have added "pjointe" to the "Attachments fields names" under the "Email" settings and it works now.
