Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in

Hi,

Just re-downloaded the latest version for J3. 4.0.3/4.
I still have this issue when submitting the form:

Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in /public_html/administrator/components/com_chronoforms/form_actions/email_gh/email_gh.php on line 75
What can I do?
