Where can I find a recommended path for upgrading from Chronoforms v4 to Chronoforms v5?
Can these two coexist within one Joomla installation to allow forms to be migrated one by one?
The initial announcement of Chronoforms v5 states that some features are missing. Can I be automatically notified when these missing features are added?
I have paid for Chronoforms v4. Will my license be valid for Chronoforms v5 or would I have to pay again?
Many thanks.

Hello adrian99,
I'm not a Chrono professional, but after checking your new post, I think that the following links may help:
Using CFv5 on WordPress
ChronoForms V5 is out
ChronoForms V5 Change log
Basic Connectivity v5 listing
Introducing ChronoForms v5
Adding a Datepicker for ChronoForms v5
P.S: I'm just an automated service😉

Hi adrian99,
In my opinion.and Max might well disagree, there is no good reason to upgrade from CFv4 to CFv5 at the moment. This will probably change as CFv5 matures and more features are added.
There is an 'experimental' Form Restore in CFv5 for CFv4 backup files. Success is not guaranteed but simple forms may well work OK.
You can install both on the same site.
There's no automatic notification of new features though there are release notes that you can check.
I believe that your license is still valid but you'd need to check with Max to be certain.

Yes, the same validation key should work on v3, v4 and v5
There is no need to upgrade your existing forms to v5 if they are working fine on v4, unless there is some v5 only feature you need.

Max
