I installed version 5 Chronoform.
I wanted to know exactly how do you set it up and make it work. That is exactly how you create the form.
I installed it in joomla 3.2

Not yet I'm afraid.
I'd suggest two things. Install the Demo Forms by clicking the Demos icon on the Forms Manager toolbar, then poke around those and see how they are set up.
Also check the CFv4 video in this FAQ, the admin layout in CFv5 is different but the basic ideas are the same. The major changes are that the Preview box became the Designer tab and the Actions tab became the Setup tab.
