Subscribe and download

Hi people!😀 I want to do a simple form with 3 fields (name, phone number and email) as data collection for the newsletter, and after completing the form, the user receives a message of gratitude and download a file. I don't know how exactly to do it.... 😶

To start with, I created the form with three fields and the button. data entry works, but I do not know how to do the rest. can you give me a hand? 😉

Is there some one that can help me??? I was able to do what I wanted but it works only in the testing phase. in the form instead not download anything. why??
