I installed V5 and created a from but when I try to view it nothing at all is displayed except the "powered by" link.
I then installed V4 and recreated the form but again the same problem, when I try to view (from form designer or a menu) nothing but the link appears.

Great, that solved the issue.
I just dont understand why this is not the default settings on all new forms would make the life of every user much easier.
