Has anyone found a class that would allow the above approach (with different code of course) to be used in a on submit code block?

I had a quick poke around, it looks as though APIv2 uses JSON and APIv1 used XML - there are still documents for both on the Constant Contact site so APIv1 may still be supported.

I didn't immediately find any replacement short-form class for APIv2. There is still the full API Library available on GitHub here - I expect that could be linked up OK.
