custom dynamic subject

Hello again,

now every things work ok with me. I want to make some customization.
I would like to set the subject of email to be xxx-{fieldx}
where xxx is a test which I put. And fieldx is a variable from input text.
As now I can only get the field variable and not to add anythings else.
