Chronoforms V5 form disappear on Joomla 2.5

Hi,
Yesterday i installed chronoforms v5.
To show the forms i had to modify an existing demo one. The others simply did not show up on the front end
Today the form i modified is there, there is the code but everything else (designer, setup ) simply disappeared! And it does not appear on front end!
Could you please give me some tips on what might have happened?

Hi littleboyib,

Did you change the "safe save" settings under the "settings" area in Chronoforms ?

No. I intentionally did not go to that tab. Currently it is on 'YES'. Is this ok?

I recreated a new form and until now it is ok.

Am waiting to see what happens.

That's fine then, I'm not sure what might have caused the problem, but if it happens again then please let me know how to reproduce the issue and I can check it.
