Captcha Image not showing

I need to use captcha as it is a little more simple than the recaptcha. But the captcha image does not show. I have searched the forums here that have this similar issue, but none seem to be for the newest version of chrono forms. The FAQ's: http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/55-cfv4/cfv4-anti-spam/2602-the-<span%20class= Does not apply as I do not have the file extensions: components/com_chronoforms/chrono_verification.php

My extension is: components/com_chronoforms5

And there is no chrono_verification.php file anywhere in the com_chronoforms5 directory. I assume this is not looking in the administrator components.

Also, many of the issue I have reviewed here on the forms talk about permissions, but the permissions all refer to the chrono_verification.php file, which again does not exist in the directory I do have.

How can I get this to work? As of right now I am using recaptcha, but I need to use captcha because it is a more simple image that my disabled users can actually read.

I have the same problem with Anti Spam form: when I copy it to my host, captcha image is not visible (at localhost works fine).
My form configuration is showed in following image:
[attachment=0]form.png[/attachment]

I have the same problem.

If it is a security problem i would sure like to know what file i should allow acces to to make it work. Since Chronoforms V5 does not contain chrono_verification.php....

It doesn't have to be a security problem, you can check the error log for hints.

Please try to use the reCaptcha, Security question or Honeypot!
